Sales Executive (Real Estate)

 A dynamic firm based out of Pune having two offices, specializing in real estate transactions, including residential and commercial properties for Sale/Lease/Rent. We provide expert guidance to buyers and sellers, ensuring successful deals with favourable terms. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for facilitating real estate transactions, conducting site visits, and negotiating deals.

Location: Sun City Road, Pune

Responsibilities:

· Make inbound and outbound calls to generate leads and follow up with potential clients.

· Conduct site visits to showcase properties to prospective buyers.

· Represent clients' interests and ensure smooth transactions.

· Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.

· Utilize knowledge of legal titles to assist clients.

· Work with commercial rental and property.

· Achieve sales targets and maximize incentives.

Qualifications:

· 0 to 1 year of sales experience (real estate preferred).

· Basic knowledge of real estate transactions for freshers is a plus.

· Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, or Marathi.

· Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Professional appearance and adherence to dress code.

Work Details:

· Competitive Salary +Travel Allowance.

· Shift: 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM (Wednesday off).

· Company uniform will be provided.
