A leading 15-year-old manufacturer, seller, and service provider of RO water purification systems is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth across various channels, including field sales, B2B, and B2C. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication and presentation skills, a strong understanding of the sales process, and the ability to build lasting customer relationships.
Location: Manjri, Belhekar Wasti
Responsibilities:
- Field Sales: Conduct on-the-ground sales activities, including visiting potential clients at their locations to promote and sell DS Aqua's RO systems and services.
- B2B Sales: Identify and develop relationships with businesses, institutions, and organizations to offer tailored water purification solutions. This includes understanding their specific needs and presenting compelling proposals.
- B2C Sales: Engage with individual customers to understand their requirements and provide suitable RO system recommendations. This may involve home visits and product demonstrations.
- Lead Generation: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through various methods, such as cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research.
- Product Demonstrations: Conduct engaging and informative demonstrations of DS Aqua's RO systems, highlighting their features, benefits, and advantages.
- Concept Explanation: Clearly and effectively explain the principles of RO technology and the value proposition of DS Aqua's products to potential customers.
- Requirement Understanding Document: Accurately document customer needs and specifications to ensure the proposed solutions meet their exact requirements.
- Providing Recommendations: Based on the understanding of customer needs, provide tailored recommendations for the most suitable DS Aqua products and services.
- Deal Closing: Effectively negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets.
Qualifications:
- Education: Any graduation or post-graduation degree in Marketing field
- Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to generate leads and build a sales pipeline.
- Ability to understand customer needs and provide effective solutions.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Familiarity with the water purification industry is a plus.
- Must be willing to travel within the designated sales territory.
Work Details:
· Working Days: Monday to Saturday.
· Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM.
