As an HR Associate, you will play a key execution role in handling HR operations, recruitment coordination, policy implementations, client interaction, and documentation. You will work closely with multiple clients and get exposure to end-to-end HR functions across diverse industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and support recruitm – offer letters, appointment letters, policies, handbooks., and follow-ups)..
- Assist in drafting HR documents – offer letters, appointment letters, policies, handbooks
- Maintain and update HR trackers, databases, and documentation for clients.
- Support KRA/KPI development, performance review processes, and internal audits.
- Handle onboarding & exit processes with attention to compliance and timelines
- Assist in monthly payroll inputs and liaise with finance for processing..
- Manage employee queries and ensure client service excellence.
- Participate in client calls, meetings, and contribute to project delivery.
- Stay updated on HR best practices, labor laws, and statutory compliance requirements.
What We’re Looking For:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Management, or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong documentation, Excel, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work with minimal supervision.
- Prior HR internship or experience in consulting environment is a plus.
