We are looking for a Semi-Qualified Company Secretary to join our dynamic and growing CS firm. The ideal candidate should have cleared the CS Executive level and possess strong knowledge and practical understanding of corporate laws and compliance matters. The role provides hands-on exposure to a wide spectrum of corporate legal matters and offers a platform to enhance your professional knowledge and skills.
Location: Nr. Chinchwad Station
Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the incorporation and regular compliance of Companies, LLPs, and Foreign Subsidiaries.
- Drafting and filing of ROC forms (like DIR-12, MGT-7, AOC-4, PAS-3, etc.).
- Maintaining and updating statutory registers and records.
- Assisting in preparation and filing of FEMA-related returns (such as FC-GPR, FLA, ODI, etc.).
- Involvement in Foreign Restructuring assignments under Companies Act and FEMA.
- Supporting in conducting Due Diligence exercises and preparing reports.
- Drafting of Board Resolutions, Notices, Minutes, Agreements, and other legal documents.
- Assistance in Annual Filings and Compliance Management under the LLP Act
- Liaising with government authorities like ROC, RBI, MCA, and others.
- Providing support for Corporate Governance, Secretarial Audits, and Internal Compliance Reviews.
- Keeping up to date with changes in corporate laws and regulations.
Requirements
- CS semi qualified; candidates pursuing the CS Professional will be preferred.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in a practicing CS firm or corporate secretarial department.
- Good knowledge of Company Law, FEMA Regulations, LLP Act, and related corporate legislations.
- Strong drafting and legal interpretation skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, MCA Portal, and RBI compliance tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Eagerness to learn and take initiative in complex assignments.
Work Details:
· Working Days: Monday to Saturday.
· Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
