About the Founder
Chaitanya Borkar – Founder & Principal Consultant
Chaitanya Borkar is a seasoned HR professional and business owner with over 14 years of hands-on experience in building, fixing, and scaling people systems for growing organizations.
Having worked closely with founders, promoters, and leadership teams across industries such as Real Estate, Financial Services, Business Consulting, Corporate Gifting and Event Management, Chaitanya brings a rare dual perspective — that of an HR consultant and a business owner.
Beyond HR Speaks, he is actively involved in multiple businesses, including real estate development and corporate gifting, which allows him to deeply understand the practical challenges founders face — cash flow pressures, productivity gaps, compliance risks, and people misalignment.
Chaitanya strongly believes that HR should function as a business enabler, not a cost center. His approach focuses on creating clarity through structured organization design, role ownership, KRAs, KPIs, policies, and performance systems that are simple, compliant, and execution-oriented.
